How do I back up my collection?
Open Profile, sign in with Google, then tap Backup. To move to a new phone, install ScanDex, sign in with the same Google account, and tap Restore.
A card scanned incorrectly โ what do I do?
Make sure the card's name and number are well-lit and in frame. If multiple matches appear, pick the correct one from the list. You can also adjust a card's details from its card page.
What's the difference between ScanDex Pro and ScanDex Cloud?
Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks bulk scanning, unlimited binders, unlimited sale listings, and extra seller photos. Cloud is a subscription that enables cloud backup and restore of your collection and photos.
How do I cancel my ScanDex Cloud subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through Google Play: open the Play Store โ your profile โ Payments & subscriptions โ Subscriptions โ ScanDex Cloud โ Cancel.
How do I delete my data?
To clear local data, use Settings โ Local data โ Reset collection. To delete your cloud backup, email us at the address above and we'll remove it within 30 days.
Are card prices accurate?
